In early 2026, an Italian creative director, fashion model, and digital content strategist commissioned our firm, Path Law Group, to pursue an O-1B visa. The candidate, a globally recognized digital creator with a combined audience exceeding 1.8 million followers and more than 15 million monthly impressions, had built a career spanning runway modeling, creative direction, and brand strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

The main challenge was translating a career built on digital audience scale and cross-brand creative direction into the distinguished-reputation and critical-role standards demanded by the O-1B's tightly-scrutinized arts classification.

The mission

Bellus Productions LLC, acting as U.S. agent, needed to secure work authorization so the candidate could step into leading creative roles with Victim15 Inc., a Los Angeles fashion label, and AMAVI Miami, a hospitality and lifestyle brand focused on anchoring campaign direction, capsule collection launches, and multi-platform content strategy across Miami, Los Angeles, and New York.

The candidate had already established herself as lead creative talent for major international brands like Fashion Nova, Stake.us, Wiskii Active, and Ekouaer. Her work directing visual campaigns had resulted in millions of views and measurable audience growth for organizations of distinguished international reputation.

The strategy

We built a tightly tailored O-1B petition, anchoring the candidate's distinction across five evidentiary pillars: leading and starring roles for distinguished organizations, critical roles for distinguished establishments, sustained international media recognition, significant recognition from recognized experts, and a documented record of commercial success.

With precise structuring, We were able to translate a fast-moving, multi-brand creative career into clear regulatory criteria. We made sure to include editorial features in L'Officiel Monaco, Harper's Bazaar Vietnam, and Marie Claire Netherlands, plus expert letters from creative directors, talent managers, and brand executives to support her case and filed the petition accordingly.

Outcome

The O-1B was approved.

The candidate is now embedded in leading creative roles across Miami, Los Angeles, and New York where she directs campaign strategy for Victim15's capsule collection launch and serves as Creative Director and Digital Content Strategist for AMAVI Miami, continuing to shape brand identity and audience engagement for organizations of international standing.
