Robert Neale
Sr. Associate Attorney
“As the parent of two international adoptees, immigration has touched me on a personal level. I can attest to the tremendous benefits received by welcoming individuals from other cultures into our society. I have also experienced the same uncertainties, delays and frustrations from navigating the immigration process that my clients live every day. These life experiences have enabled me to become a compassionate advocate on behalf of clients.”
Rob Neale has extensive experience representing companies and individuals on immigration matters, including securing temporary work permits (E-1, E-2, H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, TN), submission of permanent residence applications (EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, PERM), I-9 compliance, U.S.-Canada cross-border matters and consular processing. His clients are leaders in fields such as software, design, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, fine arts, sports, international trade, and engineering.
Rob’s experience encompasses both the law firm and corporate environments. He spent eight years as Sr. In-House Counsel at Microsoft Corporation where he assisted employees, managers, business partners and other stakeholders with their immigration needs. He also worked as a Sr. Attorney for one of the largest international immigration firms, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and individuals.
Rob has been a speaker before business and employer associations, such as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and has authored multiple articles and blogs on topics including green cards and nonimmigrant work visas.
