Visa Options for Investors or Entrepreneurs

Whether you are starting a new business, purchasing an existing one, or investing, there are immigration options for you:

The E-1 Visa is an option for investors, managers or executives from qualifying countries whose businesses engage in substantial trade with the U.S.. This visa requires that the majority of the trade be between the U.S. and the treaty country. The trade can be in goods, services, tourism, banking, insurance, etc.

The E-2 Visa is sometimes referred to as the “entrepreneur visa” since it allows the recipient to come to the U.S. to open a new business or purchase an existing one. There is no minimum investment amount, but the investment must be proportional to the type of business you are buying or starting. In the past 12 months we have processed E-2 visas for coffee shop owners, trucking companies, design firms, tech start-ups and more.

THE EB-5 VISA IS ONE OF THE QUICKEST PATHS TO U.S. PERMANENT RESIDENCY. IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR AN EB-5 YOU MUST EITHER INVEST $500,000 VIA A REGIONAL CENTER INTO AN INVESTMENT THAT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY CREATES 10 U.S. JOBS, OR INVEST $1,000,000 INTO A NEW U.S. BUSINESS THAT DIRECTLY CREATES 10 U.S. JOBS.
