My interest in the immigrant experience began long before I became a lawyer. I have been privileged to experience the diversity of the immigration world: From processing employment-based petitions for multinational companies to working on immigration policy with UNHCR to advocating for underserved clients with nonprofits. I have found that the field of immigration is among the most vast and impactful in the legal field.

Jessica is a partner and co-founder at Path Law Group. As a child of immigrant parents, she has personal appreciation for the challenges and benefits of immigrating to the United States. Her current practice focuses on assisting investors and startup-to-midsize businesses with their immigration needs. She also works closely with creatives in the film, music, design and fashion industries to obtain work visas and permanent residency.

Jessica has a reputation for digging into the details and investing personally into her clients' successes. Her nonprofit and international advocacy background drives her passion to help each client realize their potential, whether they be starting a new business, expanding their career, reuniting with family or seeking asylum in the United States. After graduating with her B.A. from U.C. Santa Barbara, she worked as a project manager for a nonprofit focusing on sustainable development initiatives in Kenya and South Africa. While attending law school at Santa Clara University, Jessica received multiple scholarships to provide pro-bono asylum services to underserved individuals and worked at Amnesty International in Australia and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Switzerland.
